Helped to relieve pain! Initially, I was sceptical about the miraculous claims, but it truly works! At the first signs of cystitis with pain when urinating, I took 3 capsules, then followed the instructions. I consume three capsules three times a day with plenty of water. The pain disappeared on the first day. By the third day, I felt completely normal again. The only downside is the large size of the capsules, which tend to stick in my throat.

D-Mannose works wonders for urinary tract infections! For all the girls battling UTIs, take D-Mannose daily and you will see miracles. After suffering from recurring infections for ages, I havenāt had one in a long time. I am immensely grateful for this product for relieving me from the pain caused by my UTIs.

It will not prevent exacerbations, but it relieves pain very well. Its dosage is cheaper than medications available in local pharmacies.

Urine burning relief
Good for burning urine, it relieves pain but does not completely eliminate it.

Decreased pain noted
I am unsure if this product directly impacts inflammation, but my knee pain has lessened significantly with a proper diet and additional supplements. Cranberry products increased the pain instead.
